General Conditions of Rent

• It is not necessary to check in on Saturday (depending on the availability)
• Check in at 16:00 hours.
• Check out at 11:00 hours.
• Five nights minimum stay.
• The rates are indicated per apartment per night.
• The bed linen and bathroom clothing are included in the rates.
• Cleaning service and change of bed linen is available on a minimum request of 48 hours. 90 €
• Baby cot available. Charge applied 25 € per baby cot for the whole stay.
• The booking may be contracted with these conditions.
• Animals are not admitted.
• The rates for a winter long stay will be negotiated.
• Rates include VAT.

Water and electricity In many touristy areas the cut off of water and electricity services use to appear more frequently that in another areas. The local or regional authorities may proceed to suspend temporally this services, so the accommodation supplier or our organization will not accept responsibility for any produced damages.

Responsibility The leaseholder is the person who appears in the booking formulary. The leaseholder booking an apartment for another occupant and for himself will accept responsibility for every occupant he inscribes. The booking is valid only for the quantity of persons mentioned in the formulary; higher quantity of persons accommodation is not permitted. In not it will be a reason to null the lease by the property-owner without any compensation for the leaseholder. The leaseholder accepts the accommodation in these valid rules and will leave in clean when finished his stay. The property-owner will not take responsibility for any damages on the leaseholder or on the persons that live with him produced because of deficiency or incorrect use of the hired property.
