General rental conditions

• In mid and low season it is not necessary to book from Saturday to Saturday, depending on our availability.
• In high season we can only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday.
• Check-in from 16.00 hrs.
• Check-out at 11.00 hrs.
• Minimum stay 5 nights.
• The rates indicated are per apartment per night.
• Rates include bed linen and towels.
• Cleaning service and linen change is available on request (with minimum 48hrs notice). 90 €
• Cots available: 25 € for the entire stay.
• The booking is valid in accordance with these conditions.
• Pets are not permitted in the apartments.
• The rates include 7% VAT.

Water and electricity in many tourist areas water and electricity cuts occur more frequently than in other areas. The local and / or regional authorities, for varying reasons, may temporarily suspend the supply. Neither the supplier of the accommodation nor this establishment will be held responsible for any damages caused.

Responsibility The leaseholder corresponds to the person whose details appear on the booking form. The leaseholder, on reserving an apartment for additional occupants, will be responsible for all occupants. The Reservation is valid for the amount of people mentioned on the booking form. Therefore it is not permitted that an apartment be occupied by a greater number of occupants than the number given in its description. Failure to fulfil the abovementioned criteria will result in the cancellation of the rental contract without compensation to the leaseholder. The leaseholder accepts the accommodation in accordance with the rules and should leave the apartment clean at the end of their stay. The property owner will take no responsibility for any damage to the belongings of the leaseholder or other occupants, which may be caused by any deficiency or incorrect use.
