- Reservations can be made by telephone, fax or e-mail.
- The booking is final when the owner has received the agreed deposit, which is normally 30% of the booking.
- The balance must be paid on arrival. Failure to do so, without prior notice, may result in the cancellation of the rental contract, in which case the deposit will not be refunded.
- Please note that on arrival you will need to leave a deposit of 500€. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure, following an inspection of the apartment. In the case of any losses or damages to the apartment caused by the leaseholder or its occupants the cost will be charged against the deposit.
- The leaseholder may cancel the booking contract in writing up to 60 days prior to the start of the rental period.
- In the case of cancellation by the leaseholder the 30% deposit, or agreed deposit amount, will not be refunded.
