- Can reserve by phone, fax or e-mail
- The reservation is confirmed on receipt of 30% of the agreed rent
- The rest of the rent has to be provided on delivering of the keys. When not the rent contract will be cancelled without any notification; any previous charges will not be returned.
- Deposit of 500Euros is required on check-in.
- The deposit will be returned on check-out. Previous visit of the apartment is required.
- The expenses incurred because of damages or losses of the apartment or its contents due to the leaseholder will be charged against the deposit.
- The leaseholder could cancel the contract by write up to 60 days before of the day of arrival. When the leaseholder cancels the reservation any previous charges (minimum 30%)will not be returned. In conditions of force majeure, wars, strikes, natural disasters, death of a direct familiar of the leaseholder, parents or children, the proprietor will cancel the booking and will return the previous payment.
